Our spices do not grow in extensive monocultures, but in diverse mixed cultures, embedded in the existing ecosystems of Sri Lanka.

Trees, plants and spices grow together. Habitats are preserved, soils are protected and synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers are consciously avoided.

These conditions also shape the character of our spices. Climate, soil and the diversity of their surroundings give them time to develop aroma and depth.

We don't work against nature. We cultivate in such a way that it remains part of the cultivation.
