Not far from Kandy, hidden among the trees of the rainforest, lies the family-run Polwaththa Eco Lodge.

The day begins with birdsong and ends with the tranquility of the forest. A narrow path leads from the accommodations through the vegetation to the open Yoga Shala. Among treetops and changing light, the surroundings become part of the practice.

Shared meals with local ingredients, time in nature, and yoga determine the rhythm of the stay.

Our retreat combines this experience with an immediate insight into Sri Lanka, far from classic travel routes and close to local culture, landscape, and the people on site.
