About Us.

Summer 2022. We do what many have done before us:
We pack our backpacks and set off on a trip around the world.

Was it the search for adventure? The longing for sun, sea, and new impressions? Or simply the desire to get out – out of the usual, the regulated?

Perhaps a bit of everything.
But six weeks later, we're sitting in a small tuk-tuk that takes us deep into the rainforest of Sri Lanka.

And there we meet Nihal.
We discover his spice manufactory, meet people who welcome us with open arms, laugh with us, cook, hike, and do yoga. Amidst lush green jungle, bird song, and the scent of fresh spices, something lasting emerges: friendship. Connection. A sense of purpose.

Four weeks later, we move on. But the rainforest remains.

A coconut seller in Hanoi. A waitress in Bali. A fisherman in Lombok. A taxi driver in Kuala Lumpur.
Every encounter raises questions:
How just is our world really?
Why do we live in abundance – while others have to make do with so little?
What is a fair price? What does fair trade mean?
Who bears responsibility – and how can we be part of the solution?

Perhaps you know these questions too.
Some of them are not easy to answer. But we have decided to do things differently.

Today we bring you spices that are more than just taste.
They stand for a transparent partnership with people like Nihal. For nature-friendly cultivation in harmony with nature. For conscious living – on all sides of the world.

With every spice, you become part of this journey. A journey that connects. And that has only just begun.
