In the Knuckles Mountains of Sri Lanka, green cardamom grows at an altitude of over 1,500 meters, nestled in the humid cloud forests.

Harvested by hand and gently dried, the pods retain their clear aroma of citrus, floral freshness, and delicate sweetness.

For chai, coffee, curries, and baked goods. Best freshly opened and ground in a mortar.
