Their aroma unfolds slowly: delicate citrus notes meet a precise, peppery pungency and a concentrated depth.
Whole, they impart their aroma to stews, curries, and marinades. Freshly crushed or ground, they release their essential oils immediately into chai, baked goods, and desserts.
In our partner Nihal's spice manufactory, the cloves are carefully sorted and gently dried. This keeps their journey from harvest to processing short and traceable.
