What makes our white pepper so special?
The high proportion of piperine provides the fine, yet present pungency. It develops thanks to the nutrient-rich soils and the warm, humid climate in the tropical rainforests of Sri Lanka.
Our farmers cultivate the pepper using an agroforestry system – among trees, wild plants, and animals that have their natural habitat in this ecosystem.
